Heritage Oaks Christian Academy is a private preschool and early elementary located in South Lake Charles. With our beautiful new campus now complete, we proudly offer programs for Pre-K3, Pre-K4, Kindergarten , and are excited to launch our 1st Grade class opening August 2026.

We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Our experienced teachers utilizing the Abeka curriculum ensure academic excellence while instilling Christian values in our students.

Our Story

Heritage Oaks Christian Academy is a mother-daughter venture that was born from a life-long love of learning and teaching.

With a combined 30+ years classroom experience, our goal is to build a strong academic foundation with a Christian worldview.

While striving for excellence is a daily goal, we understand that it is only through God’s grace and provision that we are able to accomplish His will.

Because we believe that “Children are an heritage of the Lord” (Psalms 127:3), we understand that it is not only our privilege but also our responsibility to educate, encourage, and equip the students God entrusts to us.
